BSR's New Residential Project

Transforming Mahane Yehuda Market Complex

BSR Group is spearheading a transformative residential project in the heart of Jerusalem’s Mahane Yehuda market complex. As part of a purchasing group, the project represents an investment of approximately one billion shekels, including the cost of the land. The construction phase, entrusted to the Ashtrom Group, involves a performance contract valued at 340 million shekels. Bank Hapoalim is providing financial support to the purchasing group throughout the project's development.

Description

The ambitious project will see the construction of two 30-story residential towers by Ashtrom, encompassing 308 apartments spread over a built-up area of approximately 60,000 square meters, including basements. Situated on the historic Etz Haim land, where Beit Alliance is located, the development will integrate several preserved buildings, blending modern living with historical architecture.

Timeline

Construction is set to commence imminently, with an expected completion timeline of 4.5 years. Remarkably, all apartments in the project have already been sold by the purchasing group. The site is adjacent to the NYX boutique hotel project by the Fatal Group, which is also under construction. The second phase of the development will feature two additional residential towers, approximately 270 apartments, commercial spaces, and another boutique hotel, pending the advanced approval process from the IBA.
