Our Story – Here for you!

For years, the notion of establishing roots in Israel had lingered in the minds of the Jewish communities of the Diaspora, but the aftermaths of October 7 and the increase in Antisemitic hate crimes (330% increase) crystallized a need for a tangible connection to their homeland. While our friends and acquaintances began seeing for refuge in Israel amidst a rising tide of anti-Semitism - this marked the beginning of our journey

We realized that establishing a foothold in Israel became imperative, a base camp amid global uncertainties, driven by a deep-seated sense of mutual responsibility and a palpable fear of events unfolding elsewhere – be it in Europe, North America, or beyond.

Friends, bound by shared concerns and familial ties to Israel, turned to our team for guidance – not merely seeking property advice, but a personal endorsement rooted in trust.

The requests for insight on the optimal timing to invest in Israeli real estate underscored a burgeoning demand. It dawned upon us that a void existed – a void demanding a professional identity grounded in integrity, one that safeguarded the interests of those seeking a sanctuary in Israel.

We realized our vocation, a profound calling imbued with purpose and mission – help the Jews across the world find sanctuary they could trust, a refuge while their interests wouldn't be compromised.

Our journey began – not merely as purveyors of real estate, but as guardians of trust, custodians of dreams, and architects of a sanctuary where the bonds of mutual responsibility thrive, and where the integrity of each transaction becomes a testament to our commitment.

Homebound to Jerusalem

Backed by the 30 Year Old ‘Israeli Building Center’

Israel Construction Center

The Israel Building Center began its activities in 1969 as a government company engaged in the dissemination of knowledge and information for the construction industry in Israel, subordinate to the Ministry of Construction and Housing.

Since its inception and for three decades, the building center has served as an address and pilgrimage center for the general public for any question related to housing, construction or renovations and has gained a great reputation even among the senior professionals in the industry, in all its branches.

During its years of activity as a government institute, the building center initiated and promoted construction and design exhibitions, housing fairs, seminar days for the professional audience and real estate entrepreneurs, and also offered courses, trainings and support programs for any family building or renovating their home.

From a government organization to a leading business entity in its field.

After 30 years of extensive activity, the government decided to privatize the Israeli building center and transfer it to private ownership. After examining the alternatives, it was approved to be privatized to its current owner, the Building College, which merged its activities in providing training and courses in the field of construction with the activities of the Israel building Center and today operates widely as the Israel building Center College.

Since its privatization, the Israeli Construction Center operated on the campus in Kibbutz Geash until mid-2014 and offered its services to thousands of families each year as a consulting center for builders and renovators, until moving to its residence in Netanya.
